Paragin Group acquires Coachview

The Paragin Group has acquired Coachview, a provider of training management software, thereby expanding its range of EdTech solutions. The merger promises a suite for commercial educational institutions and efficient management of learning processes.
The Hague - Paragin Group acquires Coachview, a provider of training management software, with the support of strategic investor Main Capital Partners. The acquisition is the second for Paragin after merging with SOWISO, a specialist in mathematical assessment software, in 2022.

Coachview provides SaaS course management solutions for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium. The platform enables effective management of courses, customer relations, invoicing and coach management. The product can be adapted to the needs of any commercial educational institution and offers interfaces with other programs such as accounting and learning systems.
