Paragin Group acquires Coachview

Paragin Group has acquired training management software provider Coachview, expanding its EdTech solutions offering. The merger promises a suite for commercial educational institutions and efficient management of learning processes.
The Hague - Paragin Group is acquiring Coachview, a provider of training management software, with the support of strategic investor Main Capital Partners. The acquisition is the second for Paragin after they merged with SOWISO, a specialist in mathematical assessment software, in 2022.

Coachview provides SaaS course management solutions for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium. The platform enables effective management of courses, customer relations, invoicing and coach management. The product can be customized to meet the needs of any commercial educational institution and offers interfaces to other programs such as accounting and learning systems.

Founded in 2000 by Frank van der Linden and Marcel Kremers, Coachview is a provider of cloud-based training management solutions in the Benelux. The company serves over 250 customers, including TU Delft, Vanderlande, Boels, Aeres Group and Utrecht University of Applied Sciences.
