peopleIX secures € 2.3 million pre-seed

Cologne, March 20, 2025 - Cologne-based startup peopleIX has closed a pre-seed financing round in the amount of 2.3 million euros. The investment was led by Earlybird-X, accompanied by neoteq ventures, TS Ventures and HR Tech Business Angels. The aim is to equip HR teams with an AI-supported platform that brings together fragmented HR data and facilitates data-based decisions.

The challenge of data chaos in HR systems

Many companies struggle with isolated data from HR information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking tools (ATS) and other systems. As a result, important questions about recruiting, productivity and employee retention remain unanswered. peopleIX integrates this data and delivers automated analyses in real time - without any prior technical knowledge.

Companies such as d.velop AG, rebuy, simplicity and OMR are already using the solution. Among other things, the platform offers predictive workforce insights to forecast trends, improve employee retention and strategically manage business decisions.

With the fresh capital, peopleIX plans to expand its product functions and strengthen its market presence in Europe. The startup sees itself as a central intelligence platform for people data to support companies in an increasingly data-driven world of work.
