Solar start-up Enviria receives 22.5 million euros

Enviria wants to help companies use solar energy for their own benefit. With the capital from the financing round, the solar start-up now wants to become the market leader for B2B solar solutions.

Frankfurt-based start-up Enviria has received €22.5 million in a Series A financing round. Redalpine and Galileo Green Energy co-led the round. BNP Paribas Développement and Alter Equity also invested in the solar startup.

Enviria has already existed since 2017 and specializes in solar concepts for corporate customers. In doing so, the start-up offers service around installation and financing of solar-based energy solutions. In doing so, Enviria helps companies reduce energy costs, meet their sustainability goals and adhere to regulatory CO2 standards. The startup says its commercial projects saved more than 28,000 tons of CO2 last year.

With the capital from the financing round, Enviria aims to continue to grow, expand its solar concepts and become a market leader in the B2B sector. "With this investment, we are creating the conditions for ENVIRIA to develop into a decentralized platform for renewable energy, especially for the B2B sector," says Enviria founder and CEO Melchior Schulze Brock.
