Berlin, April 2024 - thermondo, a provider of heat pump installations, has announced the acquisition of Febesol, a photovoltaic installation company in southwest Germany. Through this acquisition, thermondo plans to establish itself as a quality leader in the installation of heat pumps and photovoltaic systems. The merger creates a group of almost 1,000 employees with an expected annual turnover of over 200 million euros.

Partnership between two CleanTech pioneers

Febesol, founded in 2009 by Daniel Fellhauer, has established itself as a player in the photovoltaic market over the last 15 years and is known for its installations and customer satisfaction. The purchase agreement has been signed and the transaction is expected to be completed in the coming weeks.
