VENMATE receives 600,000 euros in pre-seed financing

Berlin, May 16, 2024 - Berlin-based technology company VENMATE recently closed a pre-seed financing round of 600,000 euros. The company's focus is on a contemporary approach to customer success management (CSM) for B2B SaaS providers.

Investments for customer care

The financing round was led by xdeck, a leading German early-stage investor. Other investors include Caesar VC and several angel investors. With this investment, VENMATE aims to further advance its vision of innovative and digital customer success management.

VENMATE strives to focus on absolute customer centricity and to give customer success management a central role in corporate decisions. The founders Felix Benscheid and Leopold zu Schleswig-Holstein have experience in setting up corporate ventures at Bridgemaker. They are supported by CTO Maxim Svistunov, who contributes technical expertise.
