Amie receives seven million US dollars

The start-up combines a calendar and a to-do list. Founder Dennis Müller impressed Spark Capital, among others, with the idea.
The productivity app Amie has raised seven million US dollars. According to information from Gründerszene Spark Capital led the seed financing round, and Creandum is also invested. Other investors include Personio founder Hanno Renner and Vercel Managing Director Guillermo Rauch.
Dennis Müller founded Amie in Berlin in 2020. The start-up is developing an app that combines a calendar with a to-do list. Companies can also use the app to organize their teams: Colleagues can see whether someone is currently available and what other team members are currently doing. Amie also makes it possible to plan meetings together, and beta testing is currently underway and there is already a waiting list. According to Gründerszene, Amie wants to use the capital from the financing round to expand its team and invest in marketing.
