Bayern Kapital invests 3 million euros in seed financing round in VITAS

With its no-code platform, the startup VITAS enables the simple configuration of AI telephone assistants. The aim is to relieve overloaded service hotlines in companies and public institutions.

Munich/Nuremberg - Bayern Kapital has announced an investment in VITAS, a startup from Nuremberg. VITAS is developing a no-code platform that enables public institutions and companies to easily configure AI-based telephone assistants themselves. In a recently completed seed financing round, in which Caesar Ventures, Müller Medien and several business angels also participated, a total amount of around 3.1 million euros was raised.

The challenges for companies and public institutions in terms of overloaded service hotlines and staff shortages are well known. Particularly in areas such as hospitality and healthcare, specialist staff face the challenge of handling standard calls efficiently while maintaining service quality.

VITAS, founded in 2019, offers a solution to these problems. The company's no-code platform enables companies of any size to configure their own AI-based telephone assistants. These can process hundreds of calls simultaneously, handle standard inquiries and collect relevant information clearly on one platform.

A concrete application example can be seen in the healthcare sector, where VITAS' intelligent voice assistants can make it easier to arrange appointments and give medical professionals more time for patient care. The platform is already being used in numerous companies, medical practices and medical care centers.

With the fresh funding, VITAS plans to further develop its platform, enter new markets and internationalize. In addition, the company intends to invest in new employees to expand its customer base.
