Business "hackathon" for female tech founders to start soon

Until July 31, female founders from the tech industry can apply for a three-day workshop and win 25,000 euros if their pitch is successful.
Xathon is a business hackathon funded by Henkel dx Ventures for early-stage female founders who have completed their prototype and want to develop and shape their entrepreneurial mindset and business. It aims to be a reinterpretation of the elements of Accelerator programs and is designed to provide women founders with the tools, knowledge and expertise they need. To this end, the program is looking for 100 female founders who are particularly skilled in the areas of sustainability, digital innovation and enterprise technology. Xathon focuses on mentoring and, according to its own information, adapts the three-day event to the individual needs of the female founders and their startups.
This year's main program feature is the matchmaking concept: each participant will be paired from the start with an entrepreneur from the industry they want to change to receive personalized support, guidance and advice. Participants will also have the opportunity to network with VC and angel investors, early-stage and established entrepreneurs. At the end of the three days, the founders pitch the business ideas to investors and can win a total of €25,000 for applicants.
