FLOWIT secures 4 million Swiss francs in seed round

FLOWIT receives CHF 4 million in a seed financing round led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital (Carsten Maschmeyer). The platform provides frontline employees with real-time feedback and development opportunities to improve employee engagement

Glattpark, Switzerland, August 22, 2024 - Swiss startup FLOWIT AG has successfully closed an oversubscribed seed funding round of 4 million Swiss francs. The round was led by Vi Partners and Alstin Capital, the fund founded by Carsten Maschmeyer. Renowned angel investor Daniel Gutenberg also participated in the round, bringing his many years of experience and extensive network to the company.

AI-based coach for non-desktop employees

FLOWIT offers a platform that is specifically geared towards the needs of non-desktop employees such as nursing staff, service technicians and catering staff - a target group that has often been neglected in personnel development to date. With a digital AI coach, FLOWIT supports these employees in their day-to-day work with real-time feedback and tailored learning processes. Since its market launch in September 2021, FLOWIT has already won over 70 customers in the DACH region, including hospitals, restaurants and real estate companies, and convinced over 30,000 users.

Internationalization and expansion of the team

With the fresh capital, FLOWIT plans to continue its international expansion and grow the team from the current 20 to 50 employees by the end of 2025. The aim is to meet rising demand and tap into new markets. With the support of strategic investors, FLOWIT aims to further expand its market-leading position in the field of employee development and achieve a greater global reach
