Inline-Med closes seed round

The healthtech plans to use the capital to drive the market launch of its "navigation system of medicine."

Inline-Med has successfully completed its seed financing round. In addition to existing investors and several business angels, BMP Ventures also participated in the start-up.

The healthtech develops tools for navigating and planning image-guided procedures. Clinical use is the primary focus. The goal is to create a medical navigation system with a combination of artificial intelligence, medical navigation software and disposable products. This is intended to improve cancer diagnosis and therapy in patient care. Philipp Kopp, Investment Associate at bmp Ventures, said in light of the entry, "Inline-Med has developed an innovative solution with constant consideration of the clinical end user. The team has made tremendous progress in product development since our initial investment in 2020, so patients and clinics will be able to benefit from the technology very soon."

Inline-Med's founders, Juan Sebastián Sánchez López and Sinja Lagotzki, are optimistic: "This round of funding shows once again that all investors have confidence in the team and the vision of InLine-Med. We have a group of highly qualified investors. Each of them brings valuable expertise and contributes to the growth of the company."
