The financing round consists of 30 million euros in equity and 50 million euros in debt.

Berlin-based startup Lendis has announced an €80 million Series A financing round. The round is led by investors Circularity Capital and Keen Venture Partners. Coparion, HGDF and KPN Ventures are also new participants, as well as existing investors HV Capital, DN Capital and Picus Capital. The money from the round consists of €30 million in equity and €50 million in debt. This brings Lendis' total funding to over 100 million euros.

Lendis offers companies a SaaS solution that enables them to set up and manage their employees' equipment and software in the hybrid working world. The capital is intended to accelerate the company's product development. By 2023, founders Julius Bolz and Stavros Papadopoulos want to make Lendis the leading SaaS solution for the hybrid working world in Europe. To do so, they plan to hire people from around the world and double the tech and product team.

"Hybrid work is here to stay. The transition to the new way of working is a big challenge for companies. Lendis is strongly positioned to shape this change," said Alexander Ribbink, General Partner at Keen Venture Partners. "Millions of tons of office equipment end up in the trash every year. Lendis is helping companies change that," adds Andrew Shannon, Founding Partner at Circularity Capital.

Lendis is considered a Corona winner: the company's solution is designed to enable companies to digitally set up and manage all their work equipment - including laptops, smartphones, office furniture, for example - and their software. Lendis was founded three years ago. The company has now equipped more than 100,000 employees at more than 1,000 companies. According to the company, these include Hochtief, Bitburger, Lufthansa, AboutYou, WWF and Personio.
