Mentessa also wants to compete with Slack with its employee platform. The start-up has now convinced a renowned fund.

Mentessa received one million euros from Eleven Ventures in a seed financing round. In the second closing, several German and international business angels also invested in the start-up.

Tina Ruseva and Andrey Andreev founded Mentessa in Munich in 2019. In 2020, the startup launched its employee platform for companies. This is intended to help new employees in particular to quickly find their way around the company. Via the Mentessa platform, they can network with colleagues and learn from their mentors. The start-up's customers include Deutsche Telekom and Linde.

The first year after its market launch, the start-up financed itself via bootstrapping. Now the growth of the Corona years is to be continued with outside capital.
