New capital for Green Fusion

The start-up intends to use the funding to further develop its energy management software and thus reduce emissions.
The start-up Green Fusion was able to attract investors from the proptech sector to invest in its software. Bitstone Capital, Futureprop and various business angels are participating in this round. The exact amount of the investment is unknown. In the next development phase, the start-up intends to focus more on the digitalization and optimization of existing energy systems in the housing industry.
Simon Wagenknecht, Matteo Zappulla, Joey Faulkner and Paul Hock founded Green Fusion 2021. The start-up is based in Hohen Neuendorf near Brandenburg. With the in-house app, customers should be able to access and control all energy systems, i.e. heat, electricity and e-mobility, at the same time. The algorithm-based solution for managing energy systems also makes it possible to automatically optimize settings in order to make energy production more efficient and sustainable.
"Green Fusion enables remote access to all systems and, in future, automated optimization without manual intervention on site. This saves resources, journeys and, above all, CO2 emissions," explains Hock. The start-up's target group is housing companies, hotels, planning offices and maintenance companies.
