The Berlin start-up's app for people with migraine attacks has been listed as a digital health application since 2020

Newsenselab attracted unplanned attention this year due to the similarity of its logo to that of the new Facebook parent company Meta, but the start-up is closing 2021 with good news: The Berlin-based company announces its latest financing round. The money comes from IBB Ventures, the Dutch investor Noaber, Medtech Entrepreneurs from Munich and the Berlin-based investor Eternity Health. High-Tech Gründerfonds and Klaus Hilleke are also participating as business angels. The amount is not known.

The "M-sense Migraine" app has been listed as a digital health application since the end of 2020 and can be prescribed by prescription. It provides digital therapy methods from clinical practice to support people with migraine attacks. Results of a current study with users of the service will be published in early 2022.

"He is delighted about the new boost," says Newsenselab Managing Director Markus Dahlem. "Newsenselab is taking a decisive step towards our vision of making medicine precise."
