Predium secures 13 million euros in Series A financing

The Munich-based startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its platform and enter the international market for a sustainable real estate industry

Munich, November 28, 2024 - The Munich-based startup Predium has received 13 million euros in a Series A financing round. The round is led by Norrsken VC, the fund of Klarna founder Niklas Adalberth, with participation from existing investors UVC Partners, b2venture and Mutschler Ventures. Predium intends to use the new financing to further develop its ESG management software and drive forward its market entry in other countries.

A climate-neutral real estate industry

Predium offers a platform that supports companies in the real estate and financial sector in combining ESG requirements (such as CSRD reporting) with economic interests. Through the use of artificial intelligence and data enrichment, the solution provides ESG metrics, stranding risks and financial indicators. This enables users to make refurbishment decisions based on costs, potential savings and funding opportunities - both for individual buildings and entire portfolios.

The fresh funds are intended to accelerate the further development of the platform and expansion into new markets.
