Rapper Cro and Bausa invest in NFT platform Fuel

The musicians are joining the platform, which helps artists build their own NFT platforms, together with their record company Two Sides.

Rappers Cro and Bausa are investing in the NFT platform Fuel together with their management company Two Sides. The start-up aims to enable artists to set up and run their own NFT stores. It was founded in 2021 by Csongor Barabasi, Thanh Binh Tran, Stefan Tietze and Patrice Deckert.

Record label and artist management Two Sides aims to strengthen the connection between artists and their fans through Fuel. "It's important for the music industry to evolve. With NFTs and Fuel's model, we have the opportunity to do just that," says label head Bausa.

"I am convinced of the potential, not only for the music industry, but also for the other sectors of the creator economy. With Fuel, I have now found not only a team but also a model that I am so excited about that I also want to be on board as an investor," Cro said, explaining his investment.

Fuel founders Tietze and Deckert were enthusiastic about the investment: "We are enormously happy about our new supporters. No one embodies the modern music industry like CRO, Lucas and Bausa, who not only take FUEL to a new level as musicians themselves, but also with their network of artists."
