Dr. Sascha Berger from TVM Capital Life Science
Founded in 2018, Myosotis aims to relieve caregivers through digital solutions and bring more transparency, participation and appreciation to the care sector. The company's communication app enables care facilities, families and service providers to communicate with each other easily, quickly and digitally. Relatives can participate in their loved one's everyday life by receiving pictures, videos, documents and making video calls. Additional modules facilitate administrative tasks, including ordering meals, monitoring complaints and managing external services such as laundries and pharmacies. Myosotis serves around 400 customers in the DACH region and the UK.
Stefan Fischer of TVM Capital Life Science added: "The new digitalization strategy of the German Ministry of Health not only recognizes the potential of digital solutions, but also opens the way for technologies such as Myosotis' apps to be meaningfully integrated into patient care. TVM is looking forward to launching this product in the DACH region and the UK."
Myosotis GmbH offers the first software-as-a-service solution for direct digital communication between staff, relatives and service providers in care homes. The app enables intuitive communication through photos, videos, voice messages and video calls. Customers include providers such as DRK, AWO, Johanniter and Agaplesion.
