Stuttgart, May 6, 2024 - MBG Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Baden-Württemberg GmbH is investing in FinMatch AG, a financial technology company based in Stuttgart, with a silent participation of EUR 1.5 million. This investment is intended to drive the company's growth.

FinMatch AG: a leading corporate finance platform

Since its foundation in 2019, FinMatch AG has developed into a leading corporate finance platform. It offers structured financing solutions for SMEs that also include funding opportunities and grants. The aim is to provide SMEs with easier access to optimal financing solutions.

After five years of continuous growth, MBG is participating to further support the success story of FinMatch AG. This underlines MBG's role as one of Germany's major SME investment companies and its commitment to strengthening the economy in Baden-Württemberg.

This also opens up prospects for future cooperation with MBG and Bürgschaftsbank.
